Meet Michael
Too often, there is a divide between finance and operational experience that leaves everyone dissatisfied. To merge this gap, I have combined my background in finance and tech to better serve clients.
I focus on bridging the gap by working on both sides of the coin. I work with the advisors, investors, and companies to understand the entire ecosystem of the tech start-up scene. Working with all three allows me to have a deeper understanding of the entire scope of companies’ life cycle which is uncommon for other recruiters.
Understanding the client
By working with companies to help grow their sales teams – specifically By Side clients, I am able to understand the operational challenges that they face.
Additionally, I am able to look at companies not just on the operational side, but also on the investment side which gives me a unique perspective compared to other recruiters looking to help teams scale up.
Guiding clients in the right direction
Every company is unique in what works best for them, and I always strive to understand what makes each team great. With a different approach I am able to advise clients on how to grow their team, and many times am able to work with investors to grow their portfolio to scale and thereby drive revenue.
Rather than the approach of having a one and done relationship with clients, I work to grow long term revenue on the operational and finance side. I am able to guide companies through the funding and acquisition process as I work with all of the players involved.
