We're partnering with an AI-first technology business developing intelligent compliance, audit and assessment platforms powered by AI, Large Language Models and autonomous AI agents.

This is a leadership-focused opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping the future of AI-powered products. You'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering function across Software Engineering, AI and DevOps, while driving technical strategy, architectural direction and engineering excellence.

AI sits at the heart of both the product and culture. We're looking for someone who embraces emerging technologies, actively leverages AI agents and intelligent workflows, and can foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and innovation.
