We're partnering with a pioneering AI-first technology business that develops intelligent compliance, audit and assessment platforms for organisations operating within highly regulated environments.

By leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, their platforms automate the collection, organisation and assessment of evidence against regulatory standards, helping clients streamline operations, improve audit readiness, reduce manual workloads and make more informed, data-driven decisions. Their technology is transforming how organisations approach compliance, governance and workforce competency.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional software engineering role.

While technical capability remains important, the business places equal value on your willingness to embrace AI-native ways of working. You'll be joining an organisation where AI isn't simply a feature within the product - it's embedded throughout the entire engineering culture.

You'll work alongside engineers who actively utilise AI agents, LLMs, code-generation tools and intelligent workflows every day to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks and solve increasingly complex problems.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies, and understands that modern software engineering is rapidly evolving through AI augmentation. We're looking for individuals who are excited by this shift and want to be at the forefront of it.

The Technology Stack

We're open to Front-End, Full Stack or Back-End focused engineers

Frontend – React, Next.js

Backend – Python, FastAPI

Cloud & AI - Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, LLM-powered workflows and Modern AI-assisted development tooling

An interest in AI-powered development workflows and emerging technologies

A willingness to utilise AI agents and intelligent tooling as part of your daily engineering workflow

Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine desire to continuously learn as AI capabilities evolve
