Senior Full Stack Developer - AI Strategy & Engineering Lead - Warwickshire (Hybrid) - £100,000 - £120,000 + EQUITY

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the architecture and evolution of our AI-first development strategy, balancing speed, performance, and experimentation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineers, data scientists, and product managers in an agile environment.
Build and scale features across text, speech, and video using FastAPI, MongoDB, React, and Azure-native infrastructure.
Set the engineering standard—write clean, maintainable code, automate processes, and promote best practices using Cursor, GitHub, and Slack.
Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines, multi-modal AI systems, and emerging MCP (Model Context Protocol) techniques.
Own the product lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production deployment using Kanban and iterative development frameworks.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of full stack development experience in high-performance environments.
Expertise in FastAPI, MongoDB, React, and Azure DevOps.
Deep practical knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, multi-modal AI, and prompt engineering.
A strategic thinker with hands-on experience building production AI systems.
Proven leadership experience in engineering or AI/ML teams, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
A builder's mindset—curious, hands-on, and driven to create high-impact AI products at speed.
