Product Manager - Edtech, Educational, Figma, SaaS, Agile, Hybrid - £DOE
We're partnering with a forward-thinking AI consultancy that leverages cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to revolutionise businesses and educational institutions. Their bespoke AI solutions provide a competitive advantage by accelerating assessments, enhancing measurement accuracy, and delivering advanced analytics. Tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, their platforms standardise processes, streamline operations, optimise resources, and enable data-driven decision-making.
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading the launch and development of their product. Working closely with AI consultants, and UK/Overseas development teams, you will orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will have responsibility for the product and will have oversight of future features and functions that are built into the platform during ongoing release cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product management process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, AI consultants, and UK/overseas development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring deliverables are met within set timelines and budgets.
• Create and refine wireframes using Figma to convey ideas and guide development teams.
• Organise and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and iterative product development.
• Manage and communicate progress using collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and GitHub.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive analysis, using insights to shape the product strategy.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to ensure the product is delivering on its goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in launching SaaS products.
• Strong familiarity with collaboration and project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, and GitHub.
• Advanced skills in wireframing with Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies.
• An analytical mindset, adept at using data to drive product decisions and strategy.
Offer & Benefits:
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000+ (DOE)
Hybrid: 1 day per week in Warwickshire.
