Manager - Machine Learning (GenAI, LLM, Text/Content) - €140K Package

Our Client's Machine Learning Team is looking for an exceptional individual to lead a team working on designing and building next-generation AI systems to understand the customers and products and improve customer experience. You will be leading a team of 6 highly talented machine learning engineers focusing on content-related AI projects and work with cutting-edge technologies including Natural Language Understanding, Large Language Models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, and GenAI.
The Role:-
  • Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them grow both technically and professionally.
  • Oversee the endto-end development and deployment of machine learning models and systems, ensuring high quality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and align on strategic priorities.
Skills & Experience:-
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver successful machine learning projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experienced and passionate leader with a deep understanding of machine learning and a track record of success in building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges in the machine learning space.
  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is a plus.
