Development Team Leader - Warwickshire / Hybrid - £80,000+

Our client is a dynamic and innovative AI solutions provider, specialising in delivering strategic advice and guidance to organisations aiming to leverage artificial intelligence for optimising operations, improving efficiencies, and driving profitability. Their core product in the EdTech sector utilises standards, exemplars, specifications, and pre-trained knowledge to assess both text and image-based documents.

The development team consists of 4 in-house developers and 4 outsourced and the role of Lead Developer is to assist, lead and mentor the Team whilst communicating with the Product Manager and AI Consultants to ensure seamless product delivery. This company is going through a rapid growth phase so you can expect the role to grow rapidly. Leadership and people management qualities is very important.

Experience Required:

• 4+ years of experience using React and Next.js in a full-stack capacity.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• A tech lead who is a true people person, a natural leader, and capable of managing a team (both internal and outsourced).
• Will work closely with the Product Manager to define and manage the core platform.
• Prepared to take on more responsibility during the "scale-up" phase.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in the education technology sector or experience working on EdTech products.
• Familiarity with AI applications and their integration into SaaS platforms.

• £80,000 - £90,000+
