Job Title: AI Engineer (Natural Language Processing
Location: Stockholm (Primarily Remote with Occasional Travel)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and algorithms to solve complex business problems for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Utilize advanced techniques in NLP, including sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text classification, and language translation, to extract insights from unstructured data.
  • Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large datasets to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and NLP research, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies into project solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, offering insights into algorithm selection, model architecture, and implementation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to streamline the AI development process and enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (Preferred 3+ Years) working as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist, with a focus on NLP applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK, or Gensim.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing NLP pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training/validation.
  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures (e.g., RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers) and their applications in NLP tasks.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques, with the ability to analyse complex problems and develop efficient solutions.
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation, with a drive to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
