Tech Stack & Skills
Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
Comfortable working with APIs and third-party integrations
Exposure to LLM prompting and voice/transcriber tuning is a plus

What You'll Need
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to troubleshoot, triage, and resolve customer issues independently
Quick learner when it comes to understanding customer workflows
A passion for customer satisfaction and continuous learning
Must be based in the EU and comfortable working fully remote
