I’m working with a high-growth, venture-backed AI platform that’s quietly transforming how tier-one financial institutions automate and scale complex client work.

Backed by top-tier investors and led by founders with multiple successful exits, this business has gone from zero to global traction in under a year — and is now hiring exceptional engineers to help build the core product.

The role

This is a hands-on, full-stack position for a senior-level engineer who enjoys ownership, pace, and impact. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, partnering closely with founders and a small, elite engineering team.

What you’ll be doing

• Building production-grade web applications using React / Next.js
• Developing scalable backend services (Python preferred)
• Designing APIs, background workers, and data pipelines
• Shipping features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years professional engineering experience
• Strong React / Next.js experience in production
• Solid backend capability (Python, Django/FastAPI ideal)
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD
• Comfortable working close to the business and founders
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and high-growth environments
