I'm currently working with a SaaS business operating within the IT vendor–partner ecosystem, providing compliance, certification, and advisory software to enterprise technology partners.

The company is transitioning from an outsourced development model to building an in-house engineering team, and they’re looking for a fractional CTO / technical advisor to help guide this transition.

The engagement is expected to be circa 15+ days initially.

We’re particularly keen to connect with individuals who have:
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams
- Background in SaaS platforms
- A strong interest in AI adoption within product development

The company is South East / London based and the role will require some face-to-face meetings.
