Meet Madison Bridge’s newest consultants!
Our newest consultants, Diego and Michael, have recently joined the Madison Bridge team!
Both consultants joined the team back in July and have quickly settled in – in fact, Diego has already shared a couple of blogs surrounding his market and the topic of GreenTech, including current GreenTech trends in the Netherlands.
Let’s check in with them to see how they are getting on so far…
Diego Baynes, Principal Consultant
Diego is currently building and growing Data, Analytics & Engineering Teams for GreenTech and CleanTech Start-up and Scale-ups in the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Here’s what Diego shared when we asked about his Madison Bridge journey so far.
“The first month has been nothing short than fantastic. From meeting my team and the wider company, being allowed to pursue my passion within GreenTech and start a completely new market from scratch, to being able to work in the WeWork office which is a completely new and refreshing environment from what I have been used to previously.
Everyone has also been incredibly friendly and helpful, with no ego’s which is something that I would say is very rare. I have been extremely surprised with the sheer amount of technology that is available to us to do our job as efficiently as we can.
I’m looking forward to the next chapter!”

Michael Lyon, Senior Recruitment Consultant
Michael’s territory is US based, covering SaaS sales teams, as well as Finance specifically Buy Side, Sell Side and Corporates.
We also reached out to ask Michael about his first couple of months. Here is what he said!
“My first couple of months at Madison Bridge has been a refreshing change from my previous recruitment experiences. The tech stack makes work extremely efficient as I don’t have to spend as much time on admin tasks, so that I can actually focus on what matters.
Everyone is incredibly supportive and always happy to give a helping hand in any way that they can. I love the collaboration throughout not only Madison Bridge, but all the different brands within Ascent Group, and I feel I can reach out to with any questions that I have.
