How businesses can overcome remote-working challenges
At Madison Bridge, we have remote-working initiatives in place to ensure we are securing the best global talent for our IT recruitment teams. It would be a mistake to not consider those living outside of our locale, but this does not mean that we haven’t encountered hurdles along the way that can make remote hiring more difficult.
Online World News have kindly shared our story about how we have overcome remote-working hurdles and challenges, and what regular habits we make to ensure that our remote-workers have a smooth onboarding process and are comfortable and happy going forward.
The challenges
We have faced a handful of challenges, with maintenance of company culture being at the forefront of importance for us. We have an iconic high energy and supportive culture across Madison Bridge and the whole of the Ascent Group, which is why it is integral that we do what we can to ensure this doesn’t fall through the cracks during remote onboarding.

The resolutions
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced an increased amount of technology that makes up our tech stack. The tech stack consists of 16 technology partners that support our businesses automation of processes and communication with candidates. This really helped to support remote-working, and you can read all about it in our Online World News article.
Thank you to Online World News for highlighting this important subject, with hope that our initiatives and thoughts will help other businesses and business leaders to consider hiring remote talent.
